Brock's Huntin' Cabins are always a favorite to me. Not only are they designed for comfort, but also for family and entertaining. The Trapper model is a nice long home with loft sleeping quarters, sizable living spaces, and the best part being the wrap-around porches with a stone foundation.
Cabin Size:
1400 square foot including the sleeping lofts.
Cabin Price:
$88,200 for the basic log cabin kit
The cathedral ceilings and classic log and stone features make this look and feel like the ultimate log cabin home or retreat. Designed initially as a hunting retreat, this is also perfect for customizing and creating your forever home.
The stone foundation is the base of the porch and includes a wood fireplace on the deck that is ideal for keeping the porch warm during colder months while you entertain. I love these details and how beautiful it looks against the rough hewn log.
See how great this is for family meals? It would even be the ideal wedding reception destination with a bit of decor and some twinkle lights!
Inside the cabin are some of the usual things you expect, especially if using as a family home or weekend retreat. The entry includes classic mud room items like a small bench, storage above, and hooks for coats and bags.
In the main part of this home is the living space, dining area, small but cozy kitchen, a main floor master bedroom, and bathroom. The space is welcoming, open, and ideal for large family gatherings.
The kitchen features full-sized appliances and there is even a separate laundry station with stacking washer and dryer and tons of storage.
And inside the main space of the home is a spiral staircase that guides you right to the loft upstairs. This loft covers the bulk of the main living space and is ideal for turning into extra bunk spaces, a game room, or lounge space.
Log walls, barn doors, and rustic styles are found throughout and easy to customize for your own preferences in this log cabin. I love this little nook that looks perfect for sitting and catching up with a friend or just relaxing with a good book indoors while the men are out exploring.
The bedroom space is large enough for a queen or king sized bed with room to spare and also includes a private closet, wood beam ceiling, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. While the bulk of the sleeping space is upstairs in the loft, you still have the option for privacy here.
While we don't have a full view of the log cabin bathroom, I can say this gorgeous tile and stone work is beautiful in the shower and makes me know that the rest of the space is just as lovely.
Brock's Huntin Cabins give you options to customize with your own favorite interior extras, finishing touches, and trim.
